Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will provide direct, 1:1 behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver behavior intervention services based on individualized Behavior Support Plans
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to help clients reach their goals
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
  • Accurately collect and record data during each session
  • Submit daily documentation and maintain client records in compliance with company and Medicaid requirements
  • Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistency across all environments
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing supervision

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a Board Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the BACB
  • High school diploma or GED (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to follow directions, collect data accurately, and maintain professionalism
  • Must pass a Level II background screening
  • Reliable transportation to assigned session locations (if applicable)
