About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide family-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will lead the development and oversight of behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
  • Develop individualized, data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals
  • Provide ongoing training, supervision, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as needed
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and clinical observation
  • Facilitate parent/caregiver training and maintain collaborative relationships with families
  • Adjust goals and interventions based on progress and client needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with funding and ethical standards
  • Adhere to all BACB and Medicaid/insurance regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA or BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree (BCBA) or Bachelor’s degree (BCaBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience conducting FBAs, designing behavior plans, and supervising RBTs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for in-home or community-based sessions
  • Level II background screening clearance

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or ASL a plus)
  • Experience with Medicaid, insurance-based services
  • Experience working with diverse age ranges and support needs
